and Custom Rosaries, Chaplets and Jewelry

Welcome to Gardenias4Lina
Painting by Frank Cadogan Cowper ~ Our Lady of the Fruits of the Earth ~1877-1958

We have been creating handmade rosaries for thirteen years. Many of you know us, but for those who may be new to our site, here is a brief introduction.

All our rosaries are one-of-a-kind, limited edition or custom.

Many of our customers purchase our rosaries as heirlooms to be handed down through their families. Other customers are collectors who purchase our rosaries to add to their collection, while others purchase our rosaries for their esthetic beauty or symbolism.

Whatever the reason, we hope that you will enjoy browsing our website and consider purchasing one of our focused handmade rosaries.

We are Roman Catholic and in gratitude for having been given the gift of the majesty and sanctity within the tradition of the Catholic Church.

As an artist and retired interior designer, I’ve taken my creativity to the mission of offering beautiful rosaries and praying they will bring joy and peace  to those who purchase them.  I design each rosary and my husband strings them. We are a team in this mission.

Our site has been up for thirteen years. You can read letters from some of our partners in prayer who have purchased our rosaries at our page of
testimonies

We are in New England where we enjoy the change inseasons. Through this website, we have been blessed to have met fellow Catholics from all over the world.

Of course, we would like you to purchase our rosaries, chaplets and jewelry. Surely  this is our goal but it’s  not our only objective. We would like  your visit to lift you spiritually. As you journey from one page to another,  you’ll be seeing sacred art by Renaissance, Baroque,  Pre-Raphaelite and other masters. You’ll be reading prayers, quotes from Sacred Scripture, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, writings of our saints and of course, information and doctrine about Mary .  Each rosary is created with a particular focus and with each rosary, you will be given information and links related to those subjects.

We are ever updating, adding prayers and links to some of the informative Catholic sites we’ve found along the way. Stay awhile and please come back often.

Be it a rosary or chaplet, each item is presented on it’s own page with a narrative of how and why it came to be.  New rosaries are  added  often and when one is created it will be introduced on our
Newly Added Rosaries page.

Last but not least….Why Gardenias4Lina? (Gardenias for Lina) It’s really a simple answer.  Throughout our lives, we’ve been blessed many times over. One of my greatest blessings was the mother and aunt who raised me.  They were sisters who were soul mates, so to speak, with a bond only God could have created. My mother was Lina. My Aunt’s favorite flower was gardenias.
We’ve named this endeavor in honor of  them. Gardenias4Lina.

In addition to donations made to various Catholic charities, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of our rosaries will be donated to
Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital
